Promotional offers, discount codes, and free-shipping offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. Only one promotional offer can be applied per order.

6. Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final.
If your order arrives broken, leaking, or damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 30 days.
