Local Honeycomb – 11.5–12.5 oz

Each package contains 100% pure local honeycomb harvested from our own hives at Foley's Apiary in Pittstown, New Jersey. 🐝🍯

Honeycomb is honey in one of its most natural forms—still sealed inside the beeswax cells just as the bees made it. Nothing is extracted, heated, filtered, or processed. Simply slice off a piece and enjoy it as-is, spread it over warm toast or biscuits, or pair it with cheeses, crackers, and charcuterie. The delicate beeswax comb is completely edible and can be enjoyed right along with the honey.

Because each comb is naturally created by the bees, individual weights will vary slightly. Net weight approximately 11.5–12.5 oz.

🍯 A Note About Crystallization

Crystallization is a natural characteristic of real raw honey and may occur over time, including while the honey is still in the comb. The rate of crystallization varies depending on the floral source and storage temperature and does not mean that your honey has spoiled.

To best preserve the natural texture and quality of your comb honey, store it at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Unlike bottled honey, we do not recommend heating comb honey to reverse crystallization, as heat can soften or melt the natural beeswax comb.
