Local Raw Honey - 13.5 oz Glass Jar

Each jar is filled with 100% pure, raw, local honey harvested from our own hives at Foley's Apiary in Pittstown, New Jersey. 🐝🍯

We never blend, dilute, or over-process our honey. It is gently strained, never filtered, to preserve the natural pollen, enzymes, antioxidants, and rich flavor that make raw honey so special. Every jar is harvested, bottled, and labeled with care by our family.

🍯 A Note About Crystallization

Crystallization is a natural characteristic of real raw honey and is actually a sign that your honey has not been overheated or excessively processed. Depending on the floral source and storage temperature, your honey may become creamy, partially crystallized, or fully crystallized over time.

Many people actually prefer crystallized honey because it's easier to spread on toast, biscuits, English muffins, and other baked goods.

If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, simply place the jar in warm (not boiling) water for 15–30 minutes, stirring occasionally if needed. Avoid microwaving or overheating, as excessive heat can diminish many of the natural qualities that make raw honey unique.
